Welcome to TempestXI! Here is how to get started:

1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Register on our website - your login name will be used for the game client.

2. DOWNLOAD THE CLIENT
─────────────────────────────
Get the official Final Fantasy XI client from PlayOnline and make sure it is fully updated to the latest retail version.

3. CHOOSE YOUR LAUNCHER
─────────────────────────────
We support three connection methods:
• Ashita v3 - Stable and widely used
• Windower - Popular alternative with addon support
• Ashita v4 - Beta, command-line only

4. CONFIGURE YOUR CONNECTION
─────────────────────────────
Visit our Setup Guide page for detailed step-by-step instructions for your chosen launcher. You will need xiloader from the LandSandBoat GitHub.

5. JUMP IN!

Remember, you start with all 22 jobs unlocked, a complete world map, and starter gear including the Destrier Beret and Chocobo Shirt. Trusts are available right away to help you adventure solo or fill out your party.
